About Quirks Vintage
Following a successful career in business and marketing, Quirks Vintage owner, Audrianna, was diagnosed with ADHD at age 58. Recognizing that her lifelong love of vintage fashion had, in part, been driven by unrecognized symptoms (like a need for novelty), Audrianna decided to embrace her neurodiverse brain, not suppress it. Along with her daughter Cecilia, who was diagnosed with ADHD at age 30, Audrianna opened a downtown Port Colborne storefront in December 2023.Named as a nod to neurodiversity, Quirks Vintage carries clothing, accessories, jewellery, and home décor items meant to inspire out-of-the-box thinking and encourage self-expression. While pieces are hand-picked for their style, construction, and overall quality, uniqueness and nostalgia also play a factor.Quirks Vintage is all about providing high quality vintage goods at a fair price and supporting the local economy. Beyond that, Quirks Vintage is about sharing a small aspect of the wonders, the visions, and the challenges of the neurodiverse mind.
